Production of excellent and competitive talents able of keeping up with technological advancements is in the focus of the government in Jakarta which is concentrated on the implementation of the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision, Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi) Deputy Minister Nezar Patria stated.
While actively transforming the education sector implementing significant changes aimed at creating a safe, healthy, and productive digital ecosystem, the government is also actively integrating digital technology into curricula of the primary and secondary schools.
“He (President Prabowo) is genuinely concerned about the importance of adopting digital technologies, believing that they offer far-reaching benefits. Moreover, he is keen to create a safe, healthy, and productive digital environment,” Patria affirmed.
On top of that and under the Golden Indonesia 2045 mission, Jakarta recently launched through its Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs the Indonesian Digital Society Index 2025 which defines the evaluation framework for the digital skills and capabilities of Indonesians.
